Meet Katharine
Qualifying Broker, OwnerI have been an agent since 2003 and a qualifying broker since 2006. I am the qualifying broker for our company, Sagebrush Real Estate, which I run with my mother, Carolyn Spence, our property manager.
I, and my agents, see Real Estate as our Marketplace Ministry where we can do this job to the best of our ability to bless our customers and help them achieve their goals. God works through us to help people become first-time home buyers, buy and sell rentals, improve neighborhoods, settle estates, and help people buy and sell homes, businesses, and farm and ranch properties.

My husband, Gary, and I are also the owners of Kingdom Cattle Company, where we farm and raise Angus x Charolais beef cattle on our ranch North of Clovis, NM.
In my spare time, I am a part of several women's bible studies and am a member of the prayer team at Legacy Church in Clovis, NM.
