I not only rented from these guys but also purchased the house I was renting. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, I called and Carolyn had it taken care of. They are very good at maintaining the rental properties they manage. The ease of paying the rent, everything is online, so if anything goes wrong, jump on the net a quick note, and they send someone out. I read some reviews, but I never had the same experience as mine was positive. So I would recommend them as a rental company, or if you're looking to buy, Katherine and her team are very helpful. So I give them a ten.
